Planning yourRocks Ghost Tour fundraising event is hard work. Our objective is to make your event as successful as possible, in terms of funds raised and the smooth operation for the co-ordinators.

Having the time to co-ordinate the event, take bookings & payments, place bookings & send payments to suppliers, then double checking everything & being alert at the function to everyones needs.

We do run no minimum numbers required FUNraising outings throughout the year. Ideal if you are just starting out or are a small group looking to expand.

We hope to elevate the worries of your volunteers by providing social outing packages for you. Let us do all the phoning and people group happy with colored bagsrunning around, ensuring a smooth and proficient event, freeing up valuable time expended by your volunteers, that could be better utilised.

You, our customer, are our primary focus. If you’re successful, then we’re successful.
We are here to help, from the easy set-up of the event through to their successful completion.
