Home to the largest  Country Music Festival in the Southern Hemisphere, Tamworth is well known as the Australian Country Music Capital- this is only one of the noteworthy reasons proclaiming visitors to sing its praises as a destination.

From the natural wonders of Mother Nature to its cultural & artistic offerings, as well as top restaurants showcasing regional produce & wine- explore the  gems scattered generously across the Region, meet the characters, taste the flavours & make memories to last  a lifetime.

Each year Organised Occasions travels to Tamworth for the Country Music Festival, & each year we cannot wait to go back!
From free shows every night in the park, to buskers, stalls, & street performers there is something for everyone! Choose from free & ticketed shows all over the town in the pubs, clubs & hotels around Tamworth. The whole of Tamworth is in full festival swing with both visitors & locals living on a high & enjoying the festival.

Departing Friday 22nd morning, Tamworth mid afternoon to freshen up & enjoy the nightlife  & arriving home Sunday 24th evening. Australia Day is Tuesday 26th!

ALL packages include:

  • Coach transport to & from Tamworth from a range of pick up points along the way
  • Nibbles & drinks on the way
  • Trivia, games, music & comedy to pass the time
  • Lunch on our way to Tamworth at Eatons Estate Heritage Hotel, Muswellbrook
  • Lunch on our return home at the Peel Inn, Nundle
  • A guided tour through Nundle Wool Mill, & Nundle Goldmine.
  • Breakfast each morning


Every room at this motel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each room contains a brand new queen & single bed, & their own private bathroom. Some rooms have a seating area for your convenience. You will find a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, tea, coffee, sugar, milk & biscuits in the room. Please note that a toaster, hairdryer & ironing facilities are available at reception. Also featuring free WiFi, & guests enjoy an on-site bar & pool.

Please note this package is subject to change & availability. A per person deposit of $100 is required  by 27/3/20 to secure your accommodation with a payment package available throughout the year & progressive payment option. Final balance will be due by the end of November 2020.

Tickets are non-refundable so once you place a deposit for your booking the only way you can get a refund is if the promoter has to cancel the entire event.

Package is subject to a minimum combined group booking of 10 people for transportation to be viable.
